Math-U-See Beta builds on the concepts mastered in Math-U-See Alpha and advances to multiple-digit addition and subtraction. It also gives students a deeper understanding of place value. Visual and hands-on learning remain important for mastery of concepts. The Math-U-See Beta Set includes all the required components: Math-U-See Integral Block Kit, Math-U-See Beta Student Workbook and Tests, Math-U-See Beta Online Instruction with Video, and the Math-U-See Beta Instruction Manual. For families who already own the Integer Block Kit, we offer the Beta Set (no Integer Blocks). Optionally, the Math-U-See Beta DVD is available for families who prefer to use DVD instruction instead of online instructional videos.
