This page is designed to help charter schools, public schools, private schools, micro schools, government institutions, organizations, and families using Educational Savings Accounts (ESAs) conveniently access information to help with purchasing the homeschool curriculum, educational materials, and resources that they need.
Whether you pre-pay (credit card, PayPal, or mobile pay) or use purchase orders, have an exemption from sales tax or require quotes for pre-authorization, use an ESA platform like ClassWallet, Odyssey, or MyScholarShop, or have some other type of scholarship funding, we're here to streamline the process with expert assistance in curriculum selection, order placement, vendor approvals, and more!

Are you ordering for a Charter School, Private School, Public School, Microschool, Library, or other Government Institution?
Here are some helpful prompts to assist you.
Purchase Orders (POs) are accepted from charter schools, public schools, private schools, microschools, church-affiliated schools, libraries, prisons, and other state or municipal government institutions. POs can be submitted via fax (800-705-8809), email (info@rainbowresource.com), mail (address at bottom of page), through an approved company account online (see link below), or an integrated punchout (contact jgarcia@rainbowresource.com to discuss). The PO must include the school or institution billing and shipping information, and a purchase order number. POs are required to pay shipping (see link below).
Pre-paid orders are also accepted, and may qualify for free US domestic shipping. Pre-paid orders should be placed by phone (888-841-3456) or online through either an approved company account or a standard account (links below).

If you have an account with us, you can view your orders by logging in and selecting "Order History" under your account. If you can't find your order or have any other questions, please contact us. You may use the form below to make inquiries about shipping status, invoices, or specific items on a PO.
Set up a new account
Company accounts require approval for activation, which may take up to 72 hours.
Do you need help selecting approved curriculum?
Our consultants have curated some specific curriculum that meet the California Guidelines for school use.
Do you need a quote for a large order?
Because we discount as much as possible up front, we are only able to provide quantity discounts on certain items. If you plan to order 25+ copies of a single item, please email customer service for a quote at info@rainbowresource.com.
Do you already have an account but need to add a Tax Exempt form?
Email your state sales tax exemption certificate to info@rainbowresource.com and reference your organization’s name, city, and state.

Are You Ordering for an Organization?
Is your organization not identified in the section above?
Private companies, co-ops, resellers, and other organizations do not qualify for PO ordering or company accounts online and should register for a standard account (pre-payment only). Resellers and companies interested in wholesale ordering should contact distribution@rainbowresource.com to learn about the wholesale options available through Rainbow Resource Center.

Set up a new account
You will need to set up a new standard account, which is pre-paid only.
Do you need a sales tax exemption certificate applied?
You can upload your sales tax exemption certificate during the registration process for your new account. If you already have an account, simply email your state sales tax exemption certificate to info@rainbowresource.com and reference your organization's name, city, and state.

Are You Ordering through Educational Savings Accounts (ESAs)?

Do you need help ordering with Class Wallet?
If you have questions about how to order using funds in your ClassWallet account, please email info@rainbowresource.com and specify which state you are ordering from when asking your questions. Since we are a Direct Pay vendor with ClassWallet at the current time, the ordering parameters and instructions will differ slightly depending on your state of residence. We can send you an instruction sheet that is specific to the state you live in.
Do you need help ordering with Odyssey?
We are currently working towards inclusion in the Odyssey Marketplace. The best resource about the Odyssey marketplace for parents is https://withodyssey.com/en/solutions/parents.
Do you need help ordering with MyScholarShop?
MyScholarShop is the easiest way to use the funds awarded to your Step Up for Students scholarship account. We list 15,000+ pre-approved items on MyScholarShop at any given time, though if you see an item on our website that is not on MyScholarShop, you can email a request to add the item to info@rainbowresource.com and we will try to add it during the next catalog upload. We refresh our catalog in MyScholarShop every week. Because of that, if an item is out of stock when the refresh happens, it will be removed from our MyScholarShop listing until we have it in stock again. You may visit our website or contact our customer service team for details about future restocking. Step Up for students has some really helpful information and video-based tutorials on using MyScholarShop here: https://www.stepupforstudents.org/scholarships/myscholarshop/.
