God’s Big Story Reading Grade 1 is a full-color, systematic, and user-friendly reading program from Generations that speaks the Word of God into the hearts and minds of 1st grade students. It is designed as a 1 semester (18 week) reading component for the Grade 1 Generations Phonics program. Lessons will correlate with the teachings found in the second semester (Volume 2) of the 1st grade phonics series but can also stand alone as a Biblically grounded transition from phonics into a reading program for your 1st grade student. There are three main components to the Generations Reading program:
