Jolly Literacy Reading Comprehension & Writing Skills Teacher’s Book provides detailed lessons for the Jolly Literacy Reading Comprehension Student Book and Writing Workbook. Students learn how to develop creative ideas in their writing and are exposed to a variety of genres including fiction, folktales, nonfiction, poems, plays, recipes, and more. Lessons are done two times a week, with the first lesson focusing on reading and the second lesson on writing. Reduced student pages and answers to the reading comprehension pages are included in the teacher guide. Extension activities and further reading suggestions are also included.
