Sixth Grade Math with Confidence Instructor Guide is the essential parent/teacher component for the course. As math becomes more challenging, parent/teacher support is even more helpful, guided, and clear. Grade 6 has 16 units. With the goal of mastering skills in preparation for moving into middle grades math, wrap-ups and checkpoints at the end of each unit help you determine if you should move on or not yet. Expect lessons to take 10-15 minutes of parent-led instruction followed by 20-30 minutes of independent work. 545 pages, softcover.
Answer keys are at the end of each unit. In the back, you will find helpful resources like topical memory work, the scope and sequence of the units, a materials list (required and optional), a guide to the blackline masters (also digital if you do not wish to make copies), and the blackline masters themselves.
