Lacing
My First Charm
– Animal Friends is a charming craft kit where
children develop their fine motor skills as they create 3 dangling critters
they can add to a backpack. Supplies for each charm are bagged separately, plus
there is a bag of stuffing. Each critter is made of 2 pieces of felt with holes
punches along the edges. The child uses a shoelace to sew the edges,
then you embellish! Instructions are included, but assembly is rather
intuitive. Finished creations are approximately 4” across by 5” high. You could
hang these in a child’s room, give them as gifts, or use them to tell little
stories for fun. ~Sara
