It is entitled the Living Geography Book 1 curriculum. This curriculum includes a revised and expanded edition of the text. The classic text has been Americanized and includes full-color photos and additional poetry. In addition to the Living Geography Book 1 text there are electronic articles for older students (7th-12th) to read. The publisher will provide access to these articles upon purchase of the Teacher’s Notes or Curriculum Set. These digital articles add deeper content and study for older students. There are 39 lessons for a full year of relaxed geography study for the whole family. Students are encouraged to observe and experience the world around them while reading good literature, documenting their own individual discoveries, developing an appreciation for art, and experiencing hands-on geography.

Additional convenient components to the text are the Teacher’s Notes, which is indispensable, Maps and Pictures Book, Geography Notebook, and the Exam Questions & Answers. The Teacher’s Notes provide prep lists for activities, directions for each activity, questions to ask, check lists to organize your lesson, and areas to take notes—you will feel completely equipped to walk students, of any age, through Charlotte Mason’s geography course.
