Description

This package includes R.E.A.L. Science Odyssey Astronomy Level 2 Textbook, Teacher Guide, and Stargazer’s Notebook. The course can be completed in 12 to 16 weeks and covers the basics of astronomy, the big bang, stars, formation of the solar system, planetary motion, rocky planets, gassy planets, mapping, Earth Day, and the moon. Use with the Earth & Environment Level 2 twenty-three-week course for a full year of science.

The Textbook starts each chapter with a written lesson that is followed by lab sheets, lab reports, problem sets, activities, famous science research assignments, poetry, quizzes, and tests. The Teacher Guide provides suggested course scheduling, summaries, additional material, and explanations. The Stargazer’s Notebook has maps, journal/lab pages to document monthly observations, and month-by-month teaching directions.
