Description

If you are familiar with the classic game called Phase 10, put on your seatbelts for this even more intense and exciting version, Phase 10 FLIP! Initial game play is very similar to the original, having players create runs and sets as directed for each round. Here’s where the change happens; the cards are double sided, so when a player plays a “flip” card, all players must turn their entire hand over to the dark side for a completely different deck. There are flip cards for both the color side and the dark side of cards, so game play may go back and forth throughout a round. There are also color-specific wild cards, meaning they can be any number, but have to match color suit for runs. Included are 112 cards total, for 2-6 players.

Category Description for Phase 10 Card Games

The race is to complete 10 phases in these rummy type games! The phases start to get trickier, as players compete to finish different phases. Phase 10 Flip provides a fun, yet challenging new twist: a double-sided deck and special flip cards. One side of the deck has standard colors—and the other is all wild cards! When you play a flip card, all cards in the game are turned over to reveal an entirely different set on the back. Since Phases still require runs of the same color, players can strategically flip back and forth between sides to complete runs. Regardless of the Phase 10 game played, the winner is the person who makes it through all the phases first with the least number of points. For 2-6 players.
