Category Description for Pencil Grips:

When you hear "pencil grip," you probably think of those hard plastic, prism-shaped gadgets. That's exactly what this is NOT. We've selected this particular grip because of its many beneficial features. First of all, it's flexible, allowing it to fit over any size pencil, pen or craft knife. It's soft and rubbery instead of unyielding plastic. Molded especially to fit fingers comfortably, there is only one correct way to hold it. Useable for either right- or left-handed kids, sides are marked with "R" and "L" to ensure kids hold it correctly. ~ Stephanie

My kindergartener is having troubles with handwriting and her teacher started using a pencil grip at school. I am buying these to use at home.

After looking at more pencil grips than I ever would have imagined existed, including one that looked like someone sneezed all over the pencil, I am purchasing three different kinds that looked good and had the best reviews on many sites. These do not have the very designed finger indentations, which can be good but also can be too rigid or not work for the uniqueness of individual kids, I thought I would try this one as well.
