Product Description:

This planner holds forty weeks worth of school assignments. Each week is shown on a double page spread, separated into lined, colored boxes. The days of the week are listed along the top and blanks for the subjects are listed vertically on the left hand side. There is room for eight different subjects, four of which are given about twice as many lines for assignment notes. The left page holds Monday through Wednesday, and the right page displays Thursday and Friday, along with a column on the right side of the page for weekly goals, long term assignments, and small spaces for Saturday and Sunday work. Small spaces at the bottom of each page for teacher/parent comments are the only other items on the pages.

I like the way the assignment log is laid out where you can put your subjects in each box. It's a simple layout and gives a nice area to write out your assignments.

This homework book has enough blanks for all my student's subjects, spaces to write in projects and goals, and Sat/Sun spaces for things needing to be worked on over the weekend. It is a basic book, but its simplicity is what makes it so good.

This nice blank format is set up perfectly for my 13yo to plan his school work each week by subject. We had a pre-dated planner, but we decided it would be nicer to have undated so that we can just use it the weeks we are doing school--and use it until it is filled.

This is an economical, quality, easy to use student planner. My children use it to record their daily work and grades for each subject. Then I save it at the end of the year for records and transcripts.

This planner is my high school daughter's all time favorite. She find the subject areas on the left sides & days of the week on the top. The lines are great for detailed planning notes. Forget those expensive fancy student planners.

These are perfect for weekly homework assignments and for recording what I’ve done during the school year - I’ve been using them for years! BEST ANSWER: Looking at one of the planners we used last year, there really aren't any other pages than the weekly assignment pages. The primary purpose of this is simply to record assignments. The front page gives instructions and a place for the student to record his class schedule (as if he was in a seat-based school situation). The final page is intended for the student to record all his hall pass uses. You could use this to make a book list. Also, on the weekly assignment pages there are extra spaces for teacher comments, parent comments, weekly goals, long term goals, Saturday and Sunday. These could be utilized as well.

Large enough to write Daily assignments.
I love this notebook! I keep one for each child every year. It’s the only one with enough lines to write out all of our daily assignments.
We use ambleside online, so have short and varied lessons.

5-star planner -- except for the cover
Love the vertical format of this planner with days across the top and the whole week at a glance. And with the subjects down the side, it is easy to get the "big picture" of the week by day (looking down) or by subject (looking across). I don't know why more student planners aren't organized like this! This is a great product for middle and high schoolers.

I've picked these up at conventions and ordered them, but this year (Aug 2019) the cover has changed and I really do not care for it. It wasn't spectacular before, but I would take the previous unobtrusive cover over the current obnoxious one. Maybe it's time for a new annual tradition: decorate your planner! And then cover the whole thing with clear packing tape. :)

My Favorite Student Planner
I've used this planner for my homeschooled kids for about four years now. They each get one to easily keep track of their individual subjects and assignments. I like that there are several subjects headings and that they are on the left side of the page so I can use my paper trimmer to cut all but the first page of them off and then I only have to write the subjects out once and you can see them with all the other pages turned. I'm not sure why planner publishers think we want to write all of the subject titles out every week. Anyways, it's a great price also. More color choices for covers would be nice to easily distinguish each child's planner, but I'll keep buying them regardless.

Perfect student planner!
My 4th thru 8th grade kids use this to plan their work each week. The format is perfect. My kids write their subjects down the left side, and then write the planned work for each subject across the rows on the appropriate day. Great price and a very simple and effective layout!

Excellent record keeper and planner.
This is the best daily record keeper I have found. It’s billed as a homework book, but I use it for homeschool record keeping and lesson planning. It would work equally well for student homework tracking or other similar needs. Simple, well-laid out with just the right amount of room to write. Highly recommended!

Best simple planner for jr high/ logic years
I bought this planner for my 6th grade child who attends a classical Christian school. It's perfect because he can list all his subjects with the work due at a glance for the week. It's great for me bc I too can see what's on his plate at a glance. No times of day or other erroneous information to make things confusing for him. Best purchase of the years school supplies!
