What is the Digital Item exception?

Digital items from the following publishers can be returned according to the parameters outlined for each below. Please initiate the return in your online account or contact Rainbow Resource Center customer service at info@rainbowresource.com with your return request.

CTC Math: Digital item can be returned within 12 months from the purchase date. 
Rimrock Media Group: Digital item can only be returned if it is NOT ACTIVATED.
Rosetta Stone: Digital item can be returned within 60 days.
Ohana (Science Shepherd): Digital item can be returned within 60 days.
Memoria Press: Digital item can only be returned if it is NOT ACTIVATED.
