Integrating a biblical worldview, the Notgrass Middle School History curriculum is easy-to-use and flexible for different ages to learn together. Courses are written for 5th-8th grade but are flexible to for a budding high schooler or upper elementary student to learn alongside their middle grade siblings. Engaging narrative lessons, lively illustrations, and various activities (mapping, timeline, creative writing, and art-just to name a few) and suggested literature resources make history exciting and interactive for all ages. There are three courses currently available, which may be completed in any order, although the publisher suggests the following sequence: America the Beautiful, From Adam to Us, and Uncle Sam and You. Each course is one year in length and appropriate for grades 5-8. There are several novels and biographies suggested for each course. We offer these individually or in a convenient package.
