These gorgeous classics for young people look like they belong on a library shelf, but are inexpensive enough for your own! Each classic has been adapted from the original work, but the adaptations seem to have been carefully done to keep the flavor of the original. The story is told on one side of every two-page spread, and usually a gorgeous full-page illustration makes up the other page.
