Description

This book about the Titanic is written for early through middle elementary age students. I like that it is organized in part by minibiographies of 20+ people who were on board the Titanic that fateful night. Written in interesting dialogue, the book is peppered full of lesser-known details about the event. The contents are very interesting but may leave the reader with questions regarding death and disasters, body storage and embalming. Parents may wish to preview some of the more mature themes to see if their child is ready to consider such topics. ~Judy
