Description

By the time you finish the Strong Roots-Junior Level from Not Consumed Ministries, you will be able to say, “God’s love is…” and your students will begin reciting the list of attributes! You are instilling, at a very vital age, an understanding that God’s love is sufficient and provides the best things in our lives. Students work more independently at this level. Students are provided with lines, blank spaces, and designated areas to record their thoughts and reflections. The Key Verse and Key Truth are the same throughout all levels, providing a connecting point for discussion. This program encourages students to spend intentional time in their Bibles, discovering and reflecting on God’s Word before coming back together as a family to discuss and refine their reflection. The included extras are a bookmark with a list of what God’s love is; 2 sheets of study-specific stickers that correlate with study day activities in their booklet; and 4 Junior Challenge cards that are tasks catered specifically for upper elementary children. 45 pgs., paperback. ~Rebecca

Publisher's Description of Strong Roots: Bible Study on God's Love - Junior (Foundation Series)
Do you find your kids struggle with needing the approval of others?

Strong Roots is a study that defines what God's love is, and explains how His love meets our every need, through the easy times and the hard ones. It shows how only God's love is where we can find stability, security, and acceptance, and how every desire is fulfilled in Him.

Why you’ll love it
  • 20 daily lessons in the study
  • Available in 3 age levels + a parent guide
  • Is meant to be done individually, then discussed together as a family.
  • Each lesson has a consistent key truth, key Scripture, and central theme, no matter what age level your kids are working in.

When roots run deep your foundation is strong. The Strong Roots Bible Study from Not Consumed Ministries works as fertilizer for the mighty oaks of righteousness (Isaiah 61:3) you are raising. This study looks at God’s love: this immeasurable, always loving, reckless outpouring of God over His people. Understanding this kind of love satisfies something within us; knowing that there are no lengths that God’s love cannot go to find us and reconcile us to Himself provides peace, assurance, and security in Him. There is a study book appropriate for every member of your family, from the primary level (ages 5-7) to junior (ages 8-12) to youth (ages 13+), and a parent guide. Scripture references are provided at every level, encouraging everyone to open their own Bibles and study the Word of God. There are 20 days of study, and these can be completed in a way that best suits your family: once a day or once a week. Please note that you might receive an updated cover design for your booklet. Content has not changed. ~Rebecca
