Quests end with food time, where they are introduced to different types of foods from around the world. Suggested schedule is 2 days per week, 30 minutes each day.

Book 1, My Story and the World around Me, begins with understanding the place of family life and then slowly expands to include information about regions both near and far. It exposes students to local, regional, and national landmarks within the U.S. and eventually expands to include several cultural, geographical and political features existing in foreign lands. This book includes plenty of interactive lesson material, key vocabulary terms, and worksheets and quizzes for each section of the text. Volume two, My Story my Country my World, exposes students to an expanded journey around the world and lays a foundation for understanding state and federal governments, basic economic and geographical principles, as well as world social and cultural norms.
