Description

Lester the Lemur and his pirates were coming to Freedom Island to chop down the famous Sky Tree. Spruce the Sloth wanted to preserve the tree at all costs; however, he finds out the most important thing is saving the people in the tree and defeating the pirates. This story does an excellent job of teaching kids the difference between taking care of the earth’s resources for the benefit of humans versus humans existing to protect the earth. At the end of the story, families can enjoy fun activities, discussion questions, and notes from the author (including Scripture) to further explore the topic. Also included are two stickers and a poster map of Freedom Island. The Saga Two books of the BRAVE book series are all about TEAM brave battling the shenanigans of Lester the Lemur and his pirate gang. Learn about perseverance, being a good leader, freedom of speech, taking care of your health, overcoming fear, and much more! Each book is written by a different author including General Michael Flynn, Bethany Hamilton, Kirk Cameron, and more. Not only does each book have a biblical and moral message but is also entertaining with beautiful illustrations and a captivating storyline. There is a connection between the stories, but you don’t need to read them all to understand the content and morals in each one. After the story, there are activities, discussion questions with scripture, and notes from the author about the topic.

  Each story comes with a character and flag sticker. You can add these stickers to the Freedom Island map that also comes with each book. In Saga Two, kids solve a puzzle so they can read a mysterious letter. The puzzle board is included with Book One and Books One through Nine include a puzzle piece. The beginning of each book also has a QR code that takes you to a video for an introduction to the story. These wonderful children’s books spark kids’ imagination while providing a biblical lesson and engaging activities for the whole family to enjoy! ~ Gina
