First Language Lessons for the Well-Trained Mind is a
gentle, classical grammar and language arts program for students in grades 1–4 that
builds a strong foundation in correct spoken and written English through
memorization, repetition, and narration.
Based on the principles of classical education, this program
trains young students to listen carefully, speak properly, narrate clearly, and
write accurately, all while keeping lessons short and manageable.
