Category Description for Abeka Parent and Child Kits K4

Abeka K4 Curriculum Kits are designed so parents can tailor them specifically to their child's age (4 or 5 years old), developmental stage, and handwriting style. The K4 curriculum kits are intended for 4-year-old kindergarteners and focus on readiness, phonics/numbers, poetry, language, and handwriting development. Choose either a Cursive or Manuscript Child Kit and the corresponding Parent Kit. There are 170 lessons.

The Parent Kits are available in two options: the Essential Parent Kit and the Complete Parent Kit.

The Essential Parent Kit includes the main materials you will need to teach. To keep costs lower, it does not include everything called for in the lesson plans. You can supplement this kit with add-on options as needed.

The Complete Parent Kit includes every teacher item suggested in the lesson plans. It is the Essential Parent Kit and the Add-ons. The Add-ons are recommended support materials to make it easier to teach phonics, and the lesson plans give instructions on when to use them. ~Amber
