First to 5! from Skillmatics is a fast-paced word game that will require some creative thinking! Four letter tiles are selected for the round, and each player is given a piece of paper and pencil. A category card is flipped: “things with zippers,” “types of breads.” Race to write down as many words as you can think of that match the category—and begin with the center letters! Once a player reaches 5 words, the round ends. If you wrote down the same word as someone else, cancel those points. If you wrote 5 words in the category all using one letter, score bonus points! This competitive word game is a great way to stretch your brain while having fun with family or friends. Includes 200 category cards, 30 letter cards, 8 pens, 1 notepad, and 1 card case.
