Each day has a theme (heaven, endurance, God’s provision, etc.) and a scripture taken from the NKJV. After a brief devotional that reads more like a story, there is prayer and family activities. For older children and family members there are discussion questions to spark reflection and contemplation. Younger and older kids alike will enjoy activities like organizing a Christmas scavenger hunt, Christmas karaoke, calling a loved one, or going caroling.
