Bandida is sneaky, and, as a sequel to the Bandido game, brings three modes of gameplay to enjoy as either a solo or cooperative experience with up to four players. The modes and winning conditions are as follows:
Mode 1: Keep Bandida from escaping her prison cell to win the game by using tunnel cards to try to seal off all escape routes before she can find an exit and escape.
Mode 2: Help Bandida escape by placing the ladder card in her reach—but be sure to close all other exits, because she must use only the ladder as an exit.
Mode 3: The lover’s escape requires a Bandido super card that is only included in the Bandido game. You must place both the super card and the ladder card in the tunnel and close off all other exits.
Bandida includes ten object cards that bring varied tools to gameplay. For example, the backpack card lets you draw an extra card at the end of your turn, while the broken tool card lets you play all the cards in your hand and then draw three new cards at the end of your turn.
The game ends when players meet one of the winning conditions or the draw deck runs out.
If you like Bandido, you will love Bandida, and at 15 minutes per game, it works nicely as a light and lively activity!
