Learning Mats can be used for so many things! I liked to use them as placemats at the dinner table to help keep the area clean but also offer an educational distraction. You could also use them in your homeschool workspace as math pre-work or as a reference chart to hang on the wall. Each line is numbered by 20s with a highlighted star marking each 10. The written word for the number is directly under each number, which helps students with the correct spelling of numbers. Under each row is a lighter version for the student to practice writing over with a dry-erase marker or washable crayon. On the back, students practice tracing the gray numbers, then writing them on their own on the blank lines provided. ~Amber
