Publisher's Description of COBI AT-6 Wolverine - 262 pieces (Armed Forces)
AT-6 Wolverine – a groundbreaking new generation training aircraft!

Beechcraft® AT-6 WOLVERINE from COBI is a unique 1:48 scale model that allows you to create a realistic copy of one of the most modern training aircraft of the 21st century.

Evolution of the legendary Texan.

The AT-6 Wolverine is a modern version of the legendary T-6 Texan – an aircraft that became one of the pillars of flight training during World War II. The Texan, also known as the "Harvard", was used by the air forces of 30 countries around the world, including the USA, Canada, Great Britain and Australia. Since the early 1940s, it has become a basic tool in learning to fly for over 200,000 pilots, as well as one of the most recognizable training aircraft in history.

AT-6 Wolverine – modernity meets tradition.

The AT-6 Wolverine is an aircraft that retains the spirit of its legendary predecessor but adapts it to the requirements of modern military aviation. Although its design refers to the Texan, the Wolverine is a completely new machine, equipped with modern weapon systems, advanced training technologies and combat functions that allow it to fulfill the role of both a training aircraft and support in combat missions.

One of the key moments in the history of the AT-6 Wolverine was its introduction to the US Air Force training programs, where it began to serve as a test bed for new combat technologies. This aircraft is used not only to teach basic maneuvers, but also for advanced training, which allows future pilots to master modern weapon systems, such as laser sights or modern communication systems, which are found in the combat aircraft of modern Air Forces.

Beechcraft Power – Tradition and Innovation.

Beechcraft is a company with over 80 years of tradition, which from the very beginning of its existence focused on the production of training and combat aircraft. Already in the 1930s, Beechcraft introduced the first aircraft intended for training and combat missions. In 1939, the famous Beechcraft Model 17 Staggerwing was created, which set new standards in civil and military aviation.

When in the early 1940s there was a need for pilot training on a larger scale, Beechcraft responded by creating an aircraft that became a symbol of military training – the AT-6 Texan. The Wolverine version is a natural extension of this tradition, combining proven designs with the latest technological achievements. Beechcraft, known for the reliability and ease of operation of its machines, provided the world with a modern aircraft that successfully combines both of these elements.

Precise assembly and satisfaction from construction.

The AT-6 Wolverine model kit from COBI offers a unique opportunity to create a machine that combines tradition with modernity. The instructions based on clear drawings and icons make assembly intuitive, and the satisfaction from completing the model will be greater the more details you can recreate.

The AT-6 Wolverine model is a great proposition for anyone who wants to combine a passion for aviation with a creative challenge. Thanks to precisely made elements and exceptional reproduction of details, after assembling the model you will be able to admire the machine that for decades served both as a training aircraft and a test platform for new technologies in military aviation.
