Description

This beautiful dress was designed by a brave, young girl named Ava who was diagnosed with stage IV high-risk neuroblastoma at only age 3. Her goal in designing this dress was to help other young girls like her find the courage to fight their disease. You will look like you just stepped out of a storybook! This dress features some charming details – stretchy aqua velvet, peachy ribbon accent, fancy golden braiding, and a pretty floral contrasting fabric. Crisp white ruffles at the sleeves and neckline give the illusion of layers. A floral headband is included and picks up the peachy-ivory colors in the dress. Also, if you have an 18” doll you like to match with, take a look at the Princess Ava Doll Dress with Headband for a miniature version of this costume.

Publisher's Description of Little Adventures Princess Ava Dress with Headband, Size S (Ages 1-3)

Help Support Childhood Cancer.

When Ava was 3 years-old, she developed a limp in her right leg. After an emergency MRI that day, a biopsy of her leg, and an eventual discovery of her primary kidney tumor, her family was told that she had stage IV high-risk neuroblastoma that had spread to her pelvis, right leg, spinal column, skull, and midsection.

Ava is one of the most courageous young women that we know. She is sweet, loves dolls, dress ups, and her friends. Ava has fought this terrible disease with such bravery and grace. She helped design this dress and she is one of the models.
