The Common Sense Science: Matter Student Materials Packet from Common Sense Press contains all the templates necessary to make the graphic organizers, which are integral to the course along with the Student Book. Black-and-white templates are reproducible for the purchasing family, which makes this an affordable, fun way to learn science as a family. The packet is staple bound, which allows for easy removal for student use. Index cards will be needed to record predictions, observations, experiments, and conclusions. Additionally, students will need pencils, scissors, glue, colored pencils/crayons, letter-size manila file folders (or 12” x 18” cardstock), multicolored 8.5” x 11” paper, and a large zip-close plastic bag.
