Category Description for BJU Press Science Grade 4 (5th Ed.)

Revised to align with the Next Gen Science Standards, Science 4 reflects significant changes from the previous editions. Students will discover more of the world around them and deepen their knowledge of the Creator as they study energy, plants, animals, humans, waves, the earth’s surface, and natural resources. STEM careers, science and medicine, and technology have been added.  Using the Socratic method, students learn to reach logical conclusions based on previous knowledge. Project based, STEM learning and analyzing illustrations and diagrams are also integral. Not compatible with previous editions. Required for the course are the Student Edition, Teacher Edition, Student Activities, Student Activities Answer Key, Assessments, and the Assessments Answer Key.
