essential. It is recommended that you read TheGingerbread Man and Goldilocks and the Three
Bears prior to starting the unit. There is helpful guidance for parent in
preparation for teaching the lessons. Weekly lessons will include reading
aloud, vocabulary, Bible connection, writing, and extension activities
(building, drawing, crafting, role-play, field trips). When starting a lesson,
you see a planning grid and a materials list. It’s all very organized. From
there, you are led through the process in a clear fashion. It’s very user-friendly!
In the back are some reference charts for short vowel sounds, consonant blends,
digraphs, sight words (aka high-frequency words), and a handwriting alphabet
