Piece together your own Mitsubishi A6M “Zero” with this 347-piece COBI building block set! Part of COBI’s World War II Historical Collection, this set contains all of the blocks needed to construct Japan’s most famous fighter.
The Zero was produced by the Japanese from 1939–1945 and was used as the country’s primary fighter. It featured excellent maneuverability and range and was excellent in dogfights, making it the best aircraft carrier-based fighter in the world when it was released. However, as the war progressed, the Allied aircraft improved and became able to fight the Zeros on equal terms. The Zero featured two 20mm cannons, two 7.7mm machine guns, and two 130lb bombs and could fly at 350 mph.
This 1:32 scale model features rotating wheels, moving propellers and wing flaps, and a cockpit that opens. A pilot minifigure that can be placed in the cockpit also comes with the set. Perfect for aviation and military enthusiasts ages 7+, this set brings the Zero to life in incredible detail! Dimensions are 10.6” long, 15” wide, and 4.5” high. ~Alex
