Description

Round out your student’s grammar knowledge with Book 3 in the Rules of the Game series. This final book will review previous skills, making sure the grammar foundation is set before building this final level of skills. Lessons 7-15 introduce new grammar concepts like clauses, complex/compound sentences, gerunds, participles, and infinitives. Some lessons can be much longer than previous books, as these are advanced grammar concepts. Comprehensive Exercises are found in lessons 16-23, making this the longest book with the most practice. This section takes skills learned and has students implement them with little to no examples. This is a good way to see how your student is retaining the grammar lessons. If your student is struggling with Comprehensive Exercises, taking time to review the lessons targeting each skill is beneficial. 140 pgs., paperback. ~Rebecca
