Description

Pencil tappers, knee bouncers, chair leaners - some people just gotta move! Now we know that a kinesthetic learner needs that movement to focus, listen and learn. The Bouncyband mounts between the front 2 legs of a chair. There are 2 sturdy nylon straps that go on each chair leg with extra strong hook & loop tape. Each strap has a U-shaped hook that holds the band in place. The band is black & stretchy with incremental ball shapes. No tools are required to set this up. Just strap on the hooks and insert the band. I liked that the band is strong and quiet. This is not going to make a “boing" sound when a child (or adult) bounces their foot. You can use the band on any chair 10"- 24" wide. Band diameter is .5" to .75" Latex-free. ~Sara

Category Description for Bouncybands And Wiggle Seats

Turn any chair into a sensory chair with a simple inflatable, textured cushion. Each side has a different texture: one is a small dot pattern while the other has little rounded spikes. Whether a child is rocking in their seat or simply enjoying the tactile stimulation, their body is expelling excess energy so they can focus, listen, and learn. Heavy duty, round cushions are made from thick silicone-type material. They arrive partially inflated and include a pump to adjust the firmness. Choose either dark gray or a deep blue (almost navy blue) and select one of two sizes. Little cushions for children ages 3-7 years are 10.75" across (27cm). Large cushions are for kids ages 6-18 and measure 13" across (33cm). Both are approximately 2-3" thick. Perfect for a classroom, at the dinner table, reading time or when doing homework. ~Sara
