I'm adding this book to my wish list! Upon perusing this copy of Dicken's well written history of England, I believe it would be interesting to read and own for future generations of my family. The way this book is penned, and the verbiage written, makes it a pleasant way to learn British history. I particularly like that the “Table of Reigns", beginning with the reign of Alfred the Great through the reign of Victoria, is also listed in the Table of Contents. Dickens fine narration comes through again and again in this affordable book. God save the Queen! 382 pgs, pb. ~ Judy
