Description

The seal squad has teamed up to hunt some fish, but the greedy walrus wants them too! Players take turns rolling two dice – one gives direction of movement, the other tells how many spaces to move. Then players decide which of the four seals to move to catch the most fish. For each fish caught, a card is transferred from the pile to the igloo. If one or both dice shows a walrus, the walrus advances closer to the pile of fish. Once he gets to the pile, the rest of the fish are his. If your seal squad collects more fish than are left for the walrus, you win! This fun cooperative game teaches teamwork, decision-making, and strategy. The directional die and compass at the center of the game mat helps kids identify north, south, east, and west. Includes 52 mini fish cards, 4 quick reference cards, 1 walrus chip, 4 seal chips, 2 wooden dice, and game mat measuring 13.75" x 19" that folds up to fit in the card game-sized box. Playing time is about 15 minutes. For 2-4 players. CHOKING HAZARD (1). Not <3 yrs ~Rachel E.
