That being said, I am glad my son took THIS course & I will have my other children take it as well. Even if it only counts as an elective, this course truly opened my son’s eyes to personal finance, responsibility, risk, & debt. This course should actually be the one required by ALL students to graduate! In fact, my son recommends it for every adult, as well.
If you have further questions about which Economics courses for your student to take, I strongly suggest speaking to RR staff in order to guide you in the right direction.

No, you could not count this as a semester of high school math.
I would highly recommend this course for all high school students as it will provide them with a wealth of practical knowledge. If your child actually applies the principles that he learns in this course to his daily living, he will most assuredly build a firm financial foundation that will benefit him for the rest of his life.
