Great memories of this as a favorite toy when I was a kid. I tried the "new" version but it is smaller and noisy, you can't hear the animal sounds as the lever is still moving.

Great toy for toddlers; promotes listening skills and very interactive.

It was a childhood favorite. I only wish they still made it with the string which, wile a safety hazard, was easier to use than the crank

A bit disappointed
I am glad to have a rendition of the original see n say. However this model is smaller than the original and is a lot harder to pull the string to get it to say the complete message. I definitely need to help my grandson or he gets frustrated that he can not make it work on his own (age two)

Memory lane and new design
Wonderful to be able to buy my grand daughter the very same toy her father remembered from 33 years ago!
The only downfall is the center piece which the child grapes and can easily break and possibly hurt herself with. The design needs to be more childproof.
