BEST ANSWER: I cant remember for sure it was a Christmas gift to a Grandson last year but I do remember it was hard to load the roll of caps
We have some other cap guns that our 4yo son can't pull the trigger on. Does anyone have young children who can pull the trigger on these cap guns?

BEST ANSWER: I bought two sets. One for my 6 year old great grandson and a set for my 4 year old great grand daughter.
My 4 year old could not pull the trigger. So they are put up for later use, as they play together in all things.

Is the belt made of thin stretchable plastic or is it a bit more sturdy?

BEST ANSWER: I Think our belt is a synthetic woven material - not plastic. The set is very cute, our kids have enjoyed playing with it and it is just like new.
