Category Description for Mobi Math Games:

This fast paced math game is like Bananagrams for basic operations. Tiles are dealt to players who must create crossword-style grids of math problems until they are the first to run out of tiles. The standard game has 162 tiles in a cute, whale-shaped zipper pouch with operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division and is recommended for play with up to 6 players ages 6 and up. Mobi Kids is a very similar setup with 86 colorful tiles and operations limited to only addition and subtraction. In addition to the game pieces, there is a little pamphlet with extra activities to help teach your child basic math concepts using the Mbi tiles. Try it at your next family game night! Laura

A fun way to do math problems with a kindergartener instead of in a workbook. Also looks to be fun with older kids or to play as a family which might be good with my kids aged K - 12.

My kids like using it. Helps not having to write out the math problem several times. Allows for child to copy the math problem.

Fun way to practice basic operations.
This is a fantastic game. I use it with my second grader. She likes the game and the challenge of figuring out her own equations.

Not quite what I wanted
This game didn't quite live up to my expectations. It is great for addition and subtraction but the number tiles do not go up high enough to do multiplication past a single digit answer. There is still great problem solving in assembling your own puzzle accurately but overall isn't the math warm-up I wanted it to be for my 3rd and 5th grader.
