Category Description for Versatiles Introductory Kits:

This engaging supplement is a combination of a workbook, puzzle, and game! These introductory kits include practice with math, language arts, science, and more. Work the problems or read and answer the questions on each activity page. Answer choices are in a box on the same page next to a letter. Locate the correct answer, take the numbered tile (coinciding with each question or problem) and place it on the correct letter on the tile board. When finished, simply flip the tile case and check to see if the design matches the correct shape on the workbook page. This immediate feedback allows students to self-correct, making it easy to use for independent practice. Aligned to state and national standards, what a creative way to review concepts taught in each grade level! ~ Gina

Why did you choose this?
Rainbow Resource Center Store
My son's school (small, private) uses Rosetta Stone for their language program. He wanted a language that was not offered at the school. The school agreed to install it if we purchased it. My son is looking forward to learning German.

Does the level 1 and 2 mean that it can be considered a two year language course?
User on Dec 27, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Per the publisher: Rosetta Stone is not accredited because it is not a school, but each level of the Homeschool program has a "Full Year Curriculum" lesson plan. If you follow that lesson plan, each level will be a 36 week program if you're not using the supplemental (suggestions in teacher materials)materials, or 45 weeks if you are (equivalent to 1 school year). Not all schools or boards will accept RS as credit, so we always recommend checking with whomever you're reporting to, to ensure it will be accepted.

Per our consultants: We encourage the addition of a grammar workbook for increased grammar coverage.
