Description

Foster little readers’ skills with this take-home pack from Learning Without Tears. Your blue drawstring bag contains 20 black-and-white 3.5” x 5” paper readers. There are 10 nonfiction readers about changing technology, Pompeii, penguins, and more. There are also 10 fiction books with stories about a vain crow, a mystery, and a monster pumpkin plant. The last page of each paper reader is a series of brief comprehension questions to work on those skills as well. On the back of each reader is a list of Words to Watch: phonics words, high-frequency words, and knowledge-building words. Each reader is 16 pages long. Full-color readers are offered as well in a Non-Fiction and Fiction pack. ~Rebecca
