This set from Guide Craft includes 4 sturdy, two-sided (square and circle pattern) geoboards (20cm x 20 cm), 20 colorful activity cards, and 4 sets of multi-colored rubber bands. The colorful activity cards feature fun pictures and have holes so they can slide down on the pegs and fit right onto the boards. Created by an Egyptian mathematician, Geoboards are a fantastic tactile tool for learning early geometry/shapes, measurement, and numeracy concepts. The 9" board features 121 pins, arranged in an 11 x 11 pin grid. The 8" board contains 49 pins in a 7 x 7 grid, while the 6" and 7" boards have 25-pin grids. Flip over the geoboards, to see the pins configured as a circle. Depending on the board, these have different features. Rubber bands included or assorted rubber bands available separately. Optional activity cards for teaching inspiration.
