I like how this is set up, it includes everything I need to teach my 8th graders in a classroom where we don't have a periodic table.

My kids ask about different elements a lot, especially during meals so having a placement with the whole table will be a good way to introduce the scientific way of thinking about things they encounter.

I liked the color, the arrangement, the way it is presented, and how it shows the crystal shapes.

Perfect for student use
Our fifth grade students use these periodic tables and they provide information in a very readable and easy to understand fashion. The heavy lamination makes them quite sturdy and they should last through years of use.

What’s your favorite element? Now a regular dinnertime question at my house
We ordered six placemats and this is the one my kids all scramble to use. It is also my husband’s favorite. Functionally, it wipes easily and is sturdy enough to be handled multiple times daily by my two year old. I wasn’t sure if the subject matter was too abstract for my children, but my five year old now stages regular battles between the metals and nonmetals so I think it’s just fine for an audience of 2-5 years and also for adults.
