These are very useful in teaching how to tell time and are more reasonably priced than plastic models.

I am going to teach my students the multiplication facts of 5. I also want them to know how to tell time from an analog clock. These will allow my students to practice their 5 facts without counting by fives on their fingers. First they learn the quarter hours, then gradually add the others.

I already bought 8 of these little clocks a few years ago for keeping track of when I took my last pill - FOR EACH BOTTLE, & I gave 4 to a friend for the same purpose. Very useful as a reminder of when you took your last pill or for WHEN YOUR NEXT PILL IS DUE to be taken!

Hard-to-find product
This are perfect for my individual student math kits. I use similar sized "geared" clocks to understand how the hands work in relationship to each other, but had a difficult time finding clocks that students could freely turn the hands on to practice shwoing times. This solved my problem.
