In the round where you have 5 cards.....and you are able to make a 3 card word and you discard 1 card, it leaves you with 1 card. So I’m assuming that you have to always have a 1 letter word, like “I”, in order to have 1 to discard, right?? A little confusing to me.

BEST ANSWER: The goal is to use all your cards. And, you cannot make one letter words. So, if you have five cards, make a three-letter word, and discard one card, then the remaining card would count against you.
