Category Description for Puzzle Roll-Ups:

The best place to work puzzles in our house is our dining room table. Unfortunately, this is also the best (and only) place where we can all eat together. Fortunately, with these puzzle roll-ups, storing a puzzle in progress is simple and you don't have to worry about your puzzle crumbling when moved. Work the puzzle right on this green felt mat, and then simply roll it up to preserve your work until you can finish it. The standard roll-up will hold up to 1000 pieces, while the jumbo mat can manage a hefty 3000.

In-progress puzzles are invading many surfaces in our home, and we need an easy way to relocate them without starting the puzzle over.

We enjoy doing puzzles together as a family, but have nowhere in our small house to leave it set up while one is in progress. I am hoping this will enable us to use our dining room table to work while we can, then roll it up and put it away so we can eat or do school, and then bring it back out when we have more free time to keep working on it.

Since my 5yo loves to build puzzles, he usually is all over the house with them. Hopefully this will help him build them wherever he wants and it's easy clean up.

Just a piece of felt material
I love the idea of a puzzle roll up. It works, too!. However, It really is just a piece of felt with sticky corners on the borrow (so it can stay on the table). It comes with a 4" diameter hard cardboard roll to help the roll-up shape. Great idea and marketing, but disappointed it wasn't a more durable piece of material. I feel I can buy a piece of felt and use a large wrapping paper roll instead.

I have two puzzle roll-ups standard and jumbo They work well It's great to be able to start a puzzle but not have to finish it in one sitting The process of rolling and unrolling the puzzle may loosen some pieces depending on how tightly they interlock However it is easy to put them back together and continue working where you left off IMPORTANT: The standard size works best for puzzles of 500-750 pieces The jumbo should be used for 1000+ size puzzles Putting a 1000 piece puzzle on the standard size will leave little room for any pieces not yet in the puzzle unless you stack the pieces on top of the partially completed puzzle (which is not ideal)
