Quirky Circuits Game
In this cute cooperative game, players "write instructions for four different robots to help them complete tasks across 21 scenarios. Players begin each round with a certain number of instruction cards which move or turn the robot. Without communicating, players place one or more command cards face-down below the scenario book. Once all players feel comfortable with the number of commands "sent to the robot, the cards are flipped over and the robot moves, draining its batteries and giving players new cards. The goal is to program the robot as efficiently as possible and complete the task before the battery dies. As the scenarios increase in difficulty, new obstacles and special instructions throw a wrench into the tasks. Overall, this is a good basic coding game for kids while being enjoyable for older members of the family. For 2-4 players. ~ 20 minutes per scenario.
