Product Description:

Mix, cast and paint your own custom creations with PerfectCast! Just mix the PerfectCast powder with water in a disposable container. Then tap to remove air bubbles, pour into a mold, and allow it to set for at least thirty minutes before removing from the mold. Allow the cast to dry for two hours, and then you can paint or stain your creation however you wish. PerfectCast is extremely durable; it's five times stronger than plaster. It's also nontoxic, although you will need to supervise children to make sure they do not allow the mixture to dry on their skin (of course!) Can be used as a refill for the Eyewitness Casting Kits (or any other casting craft kits). 4 lbs of mix in a plastic container. ~ Lisa

Category Description for Eyewitness Kits:

Cast and paint your own life-like replicas with these Eyewitness kits. Each kit is simple to use with detailed instructions, and the kits contain everything you need (with the exception of water and a mixing container!) to make your creation. Simply mix the casting powder with water, pour into your mold, let sit, and voila - you're ready to paint! Each kit contains casting material, paint, molds, paint brush, instructions, educational materials, and some also include magnets and glue. While your finished creation is 3-D in some aspects, they have a flat side so they are not "perfect" models - but they make nice decorations or magnets.

I need alginate for dental impression?
Lisa on May 28, 2020
BEST ANSWER: This casting material is not designed for that type of casting. It is material that you would prepare, put your hand into, remove your hand, and pour a plaster cast. We have no indication that this material is the same or the same quality as that used for dental impressions.
