Preschoolers can learn their letter sounds and formation with this all-new Playfoam set featuring eight colored Playfoam bricks and 13 double-sided letter sound cards. Little learners place their squishy, squashy Playfoam on top of the letter to practice making the shape of that letter and speak the name of the corresponding object shown on the card to practice the sound each letter makes.
Playfoam is useful for all kinds of children, however, it is particularly helpful for visual and tactile learners. The foam is similar to traditional playdough, but it doesn’t dry out, smell or stain fabric. This resource is easy to handle and fun to use. The idea is to create shapes and numbers with the foam to help learning come to life. The foam helps to promote Muscle Memory, hand eye coordination, and problem-solving skills. The foam comes in several cute mellow colors, and is semi-sticky and will pick up small foreign objects like dust and crumbs.
