Category Description for Art1st White Watercolor Paper:

This watercolor paper is perfect for young art students. It is available in two weights: a medium-weight, 90-lb. paper and a heavier-weight 140-lb. paper. It has a thick, slightly textured surface, is acid-free and is available in a 9" x 12" and a 12" x 18" size. The fact that it is packaged, loose sheets of paper (not bound into a pad) makes it an economical choice for your art class, regardless of size!

I'm hoping it's decent quality - good price for the amount, if it is. Plus it was the size I was looking for.

The paper is too thin for serious art work.
This watercolor paper is too thin and doesn't have enough grab to hold the water and paint. It buckles when painted. The paper doesn't disintegrate, true, but watercolor paper shouldn't buckle and warp. This will work for my preschoolers but I won't buy again. I'll save my craft store coupons and stock up on real watercolor paper.

This is great quality watercolor paper We use them with watercolor crayons My kids then paint them with water The quality is so good that I have been able to let them paint on both sides Better than what I've gotten at the local craft stores!!
