The deck of 125 cards includes 118 element cards, 1 Actinoid card, 1 Lanthanoid card, and 5 definition cards (definitions w/ visual for atomic mass, atomic number, electron arrangement (configuration), and valence. The cards are the size of standard playing cards and include the symbol on the front and symbol, atomic number, atomic mass, name, and electron configuration (arrangement) on the back. An included guide provides handy terms and definitions and a simple explanation for placement within the Periodic Table. Publisher's Description of Stick to Science - Periodic Table Cards Set

This deck of standard playing size cards contains 125 two-sided multicolored cards. Each of the 118 elements has its own card. One side shows the element's symbol with a coloured border designating its current classification as a metal, non-metal, metalloid or undefined. The reverse side shows the symbol, name (including proposed names), average atomic mass, atomic number, common valence(s) and the electron arrangement in sub orbitals bordered in the color designating its classification. The additional 7 cards contain definitions. The cards can be used for teaching, review or testing of the symbols and names as well as illustrating the trends and patterns on the periodic table. The cards can be assembled to create a full periodic table. These can be used by students in any level of chemical education from grade 6 to university. This set includes 125 cards.
